Terms of Service
Upon commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms, violation of these terms will result in the cancellation of the client's commission in a timely fashion.
Initial Payment
All details of the commissioned piece will be disclosed BEFORE the artist is given any money to begin.
50% of the established price will be required by the client before the commission may begin (unless a payment plan has been discussed between you and I).
Artist Rights
I reserve the right to refund or refuse any commission any commission for reasons such as character or idea too complex, not comfortable with the idea/material given, constant messaging about progress, or anything along the lines of character theft, discrimination, and or biogtry.
I reserve the right to use your commission for myself, such as in my portfolio, and or posting on social media.
I reserve to reuse/recycle any poses or sketches that are not used in the final product of your commission.
Upon recieving my art, you're only allowed to repost it if you give me proper credit. Referencing is acceptable, but tracing is not.
I reserve the right to charge extra if ideas or characters may require extra time on the commission.
Refunds
You reserve the right to a full refund of the initial 50% if progress has not yet been made on your commission. If I am past the sketch phase, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Regular updates will be given through out the commission process to keep the client updated.
After the piece is finished, the other 50% will be required before the client is sent the finished art piece.
NSFW Artwork
You must be 18 or older to commission and or purchase NSFW related artwork from me, and able to provide some form of age verification (ex. ID, Driver's License, etc.)
